As you can see from the photos and our social media posts, we continue to work on the retaining wall, separating Pinecrest Parkway from the duplexes. We have also installed the retaining wall off between Pinecrest Parkway and Palo Verde road. We are hoping to start road work this month.
Framing will begin this month on lots 47/48. Please reference the November update in our BLOG
for information about the framing process using pre-fabricated panels.
Crews have been HARD at work cutting through a lot of rock so we can begin foundation work. This has not been an easy feat as you can see from the photos above, but we are making progress each day chipping away at rock to get to where we can begin the foundation for the first 2 townhomes.

We are excited to release 2 of our 4-bedroom duplex lots 51 and 52 for contracting beginning December 3rd. There will only be a total of 4 of these unique floorplans featuring 4-bedroom and 3.5 bath 3018sf. These lots will be move-in ready early Q3-2022. Lot 51 (left) will feature a garden level basement or main level with a deck. Lot 52 (right) will feature a full underground basement with a concrete patio.

PHASE I SALES: Phase I sales will conclude with duplex lots 45 and 46 which will be released sometime this winter followed by townhome lots 39-42. Completion for both buildings is expected to be end of Q3-2022 and will wrap up the construction in Phase I at Pinecrest Ridge. Prices are yet to be determined, but historically have increased with each building release.
PHASE II SALES: Phase II sales are estimated to begin Q2-2022 with projected move in dates of Q4-2022 - throughout 2023. Prices are yet to be determined. We will continue to keep people updated with mass emails, website updates, and social media posts on release dates.
